Really good Stay, Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

spacious room necessary equipment prime location
The room was quite spacious. The kitchen had all necessary equipment (I even made a simple dinner!). The location is prime. It's close to shopping and dining areas. I appreciated the easy check-in process and proximity to discounted parking.
The lifts required a specific card tapping and button pressing sequence. More explicit instructions could ease the process.

The hotel includes laundry machines and a fitness area. Everything was new and very clean (which I always find important!).

clean room spacious apartment helpful staff
The room was clean and spacious, with a well equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher. I really appreciated that. staff were professional and helpful. the location was very convenient, near shops and transportation.
the pillows were quite firm. for me it was a minor inconvenience.

a satisfactory stay

great location cute lobby uncomfortable mattress hard pillows
the location was great. everything i needed was basically on my doorstep. i liked that the entrance and lobby area were cute.
the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable. it was hard as a brick, as were the pillows. i informed the staff, and they provided a mattress protector, not a topper, made no difference to the comfort of the bed.

central location offers great convenience

friendly staff quiet room great location
I stayed at a great location near the city center. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions. The room was quiet, even though it's right in the city center, i was happy. I would definitely book this accommodation again on my next visit.
The hotel lifts required the room card to be tapped on one side. You have to press a button on the other side at the same time. This felt a little awkward and was not adequately explained at check-in.
